Does CoinGet automatically sweep all the assets from different addresses to another wallet?

Yes, when the address balance reaches a predefined amount, a sweep will take place automatically.

Is there any custody charge for every asset stored in CoinGet?

Can I sweep my assets to other hardware wallets such as Trezor or Ledger?

Yes, you are allowed to sweep your assets to any other wallets or custodians/exchanges as you wish.

How does CoinGet help me save on gas fees?

Do I have to go through CoinsDo if I would like to add a newly listed token into CoinGet?

You can add any token by yourself, including newly issued ones, without any restrictions.

Why isn't the system monitoring the incoming receiving records?

Kindly ensure that you have added the required EVM coin as favourites in Currency Control and had activated the EVM Mainnet link in CoinGet client.

Why didn't the collection done successfully for some receiving addresses, and corresponding collections log showing "Current collection address has reached limited amount".

This means that the balance of the collection address has exceeded the limitation mode amount that was pre-defined in CoinGet client's Collection address configuration. For example, the balance of the collection address is 1000, while the limitation mode amount of corresponding coin's collection address was pre-defined as 500, this would result in no amount will not be swept from the receiving address. You can consider to increase the limitation amount.

How do we distinguish the authenticity of tokens that we received in a transaction?
What can I do when my CoinGet client validity has expired ?

You can submit a validity extension request by clicking the 'Extend' action button for the desired CoinGet client on the "CoinGet client" page. After submitting the request, you can contact CoinsDo to follow up on the application.

You can search for the transaction hash details via corresponding token explorer and obtain the token's contract address. Then visit the website to search for the token and get its contract address. Compare this with the contract address from your transaction hash. If the contract addresses match, the token you received in the transaction can be considered authentic.
