# Manual collection

1. In the event that the collection requirement is unfulfilled, the tokens in receiving address could not be automatically transferred to designated collection addresses. In this case, you can perform manual collection by clicking on the "Manual collection" button of the required receiving address.

2. The balance of receiving address is shown, please input the desired collection amount and click on "Submit" button

3. After a few moments, you would see the manual collection record in the "Collecting  record" page if the manual collection process is completed.
