# Administrator actions

{% hint style="info" %}
**Functional Overview:**

1. Administrator accounts can only create general and server account role types, and may only modify roles that they have created themselves.

2. Administrators can only assign to sub-accounts the permissions that have been granted to them by the main account.

3. All sub-accounts must be bound to the corresponding roles before they can obtain the permissions granted by those roles.
   {% endhint %}

4. On the CoinsDo sub-account platform login page, enter the administrator account name, first login password provided by the main account, and CAPTCHA to log in.

5. Upon first login to the sub-account platform, you will be required to change your password. Click "Confirm" to be redirected to the "Settings" page. Under the "Change login password" section, enter your old password and new password, then click "Submit" to complete the password change.

9. Navigate to the "Sub-account" page and click "Add sub-account". Enter the sub-account name, select the required account type, and choose the appropriate role. Set a "First login password" and keep it securely recorded, as this password will need to be provided to the corresponding user after the sub-account is created. Once the sub-account has been created, provide the sub-account name, first login password, and sub-account platform URL to the corresponding user so they can log in to the platform.

10. On the "Role management" page, click the corresponding "Edit" button to modify the role name or remarks. To disable a role, toggle the "Role status" switch: green indicates Enabled, while red indicates Disabled.\
    **Note: Only unassigned roles can be disabled. If the role has already been assigned, the system will display the message: "This role is already bound. Please unbind and try again."**
