# Set up administrator role and administrator account

**Functional Overview:**
1. The main account can create all role types.
2. Administrator accounts can only create general account role and server account role types, and may only modify role information created by themselves.
3. All sub-accounts must be bound to the corresponding roles before they can obtain the permissions granted by those roles.

4. Log in to the main account dashboard and go to the “Role management” page. Click “Add role”, then enter the role name in the “Add role” window, select “Administrator account Role” as the role type, and fill in the remarks field (optional). Finally, click “Submit” to complete the creation of the administrator role.
5. Click the “CoinSend” Action of the administrator account role to configure the CoinSend feature permissions that can be assigned by this role. After clicking “Submit”, enter the **main account’s Google verification code** to apply the changes.
6. Click the “CoinGet” Action of the administrator account role to configure the CoinGet feature permissions that can be assigned by this role. After clicking “Submit”, enter the **main account’s Google verification code** to apply the changes.
7. On the “Sub-Account” page, click the “Add sub-account”. Enter the sub-account name and select “Administrator account” as the Account Type, and choose the required role. Fill in the “First login password” and keep it securely recorded. Click “Submit” to complete the creation of the new sub-account and provide the sub-account platform URL (available on the CoinsDo dashboard "Home" page), sub-account name, and “First login password” to the corresponding user so they can log in to the sub-account platform.
8. On the "Role management" page, click the corresponding "Edit" button to modify the role name or remarks. To disable a role, toggle the "Role status" switch: green indicates Enabled, while red indicates Disabled.\
**Note: Only unassigned roles can be disabled. If the role has already been assigned, the system will display the message: "This role is already bound. Please unbind and try again."**
9. On the "Role management" page, roles can be searched by role type and role status. Clicking "Show only mine" filters the list to display only the roles created by the currently logged-in account.
