Why can't the sub-account holders see any buttons when they attempt to approve or reject a pending transaction request?

Why is the dispatch status of an approved dispatch record shows up as "Fail"?

This transaction has been broadcasted to the blockchain but has failed probably due to failure of smart contract execution or network disruption. Users can resubmit the dispatch record or cancel it.

Why does the transaction status is still showing "Confirming" when transaction hash is already generated?

This generally mean that the transaction is still pending due to increased gas fees causing delays in on-chain confirmation. Users can consider speed up the transaction record (doing so will increase the required miner fee) to have the transaction confirmed in the shortest time possible.

What do I do when my CoinSend client validity has expired ?

You can submit a validity extension request by clicking the 'Extend' action button for the desired CoinSend client on the "CoinSend client" page. After submitting the request, you can contact CoinsDo to follow up on the application.
