Approving dispatch record

  1. Sub-account holders who has been granted the data approval rights can click on "Pending approval" dispatch status to review the transaction details and click "Approve" to proceed, or else click on the "Reject" button to terminate this transaction request.

  2. Clicking on either "Approve" or "Reject" will prompt the "Scan to sign" screen containing the QR code, please refer the steps below: > Data approver can launch CoinSign App (click here to know how to download CoinSign and binding sub-account to CoinSign) and click on the "Scan" button to scan the QR code > Double check the data in "Approved Sign" screen and click "Sign" > Input the identity private key password and account google code (approval remark is optional) then click "Sign" Note: Identify private key password is the password that sub-account setup when they log in the CoinSign App for the first time Note: Account google code is the google code that sub-account setup when they log in the CoinSend web for the first time > A notice window pops up displaying 'Approved Success', indicating that the transaction was successfully approved

  3. After passing data approval, the transaction now appears in the "Pending execution approval" list

  4. Sub-account holders who has been granted the execution approval rights can click on "Approving" dispatch status to review the transaction details and click "Approve" to proceed, or else click on the "Reject" button to terminate this transaction request. Clicking the "Reapprove" button would revert the transaction back to "Pending approval" dispatch status, which the data approver can again approve it or reject it. If the execution approver chooses to approve it, a CoinSend client is required to be selected before proceeding further.

  5. Clicking on either "Approve", "Reject" or "Reapprove" will prompt the "Scan to sign" screen containing the QR code, please refer the steps below: > Execution approver can launch CoinSign App (click here to know how to download CoinSign and binding sub-account to CoinSign) and click on the "Scan" button to scan the QR code > Double check the data in "Approved Sign" screen and click "Sign" > Input the identity private key password and account google code (approval remark is optional) then click "Sign" Note: Identify private key password is the password that sub-account setup when they log in the CoinSign App for the first time Note: Account google code is the google code that sub-account setup when they log in the CoinSend web for the first time > A notice window pops up displaying 'Approved Success', indicating that the transaction was successfully approved

  6. After passing execution approval, the transaction now appears in the "Approved" list. You can click on its dispatch status to check the transaction detail.

  7. Transaction hash of the corresponding transaction is shown in the "Transaction hash" column when it is broadcasted successfully onto the blockchain. Clicking on the transaction hash opens the corresponding blockchain explorer in a new tab, having access to detailed information of the transaction such as the number of token transferred, deposit address, token's contract address and etc.
