Reset password

1. Click on your username in the top right corner and select Password Settings from the pop-up menu
2. Enter new password（The password length is 8 to 18 characters, and must include upper case letters, lower case letters and numbers）
3. click Send verification code，and enter the image verification code

   
4. The security verification code will be sent to your registered email address

   
5. enter the code you receive into the Email verification code field

   
6. Once the password has been set the user needs to log in again with new password
